Our Solution
Vehicle tracking system by ITC Infotech combines three powerful technologies, GPS, GPRS and RFID in order to provide end-to-end tracking of all the assets. The assets can be easily tagged using RFID tags and tracked through GPS equipped Mobile Vans. The movements of these vehicles can be tracked on a Google Map, based on the Latitudes and Longitudes sent in real-time by the GPS/GPRS devices. The customer can, at any time, login through internet, using her order number and view the status of vehicle during transit on the Google map with its expected time of delivery – integration with mobile network to deliver alerts wrt ETA can also be achieved. Once the delivery is made, a digital signature can be obtained using a handheld device and updated on the server. In addition, the retailer at any given time will know the position of the vehicle, its speed, no. of halts, and the status of deliveries. It will also be possible to report any attempt to tamper with the GPS/GPRS device, by sending an instant alert to the control room.
